Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned or cancelled order, we will initiate the refund after inspection of the item. The refund will be processed within 15 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
In case of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated directly to the customer’s bank account via wire transfer.
Return Policy
At present, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been successfully delivered, except in cases of damaged or defective items reported on the day of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. In such cases, we will refund the full order amount.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to refuse the order at the time of delivery. In such cases, 2.5% of the payment gateway charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
If an order is returned due to being undeliverable or unclaimed, a refund will be initiated after deducting 2.5% gateway charges.
