Adiveda Natural assures you that your order, once placed, is quickly processed and will be safely delivered within the promised time-period.

- All orders placed before 10:00 AM -5:00 PM will be dispatched within 24 hours. Applicable from Monday to Saturday Only, excluding public holidays and offer days.
- We usually take 4-7 working days to deliver your products.
- We ship the orders through our reputable courier partner.
- Delivery to areas not covered by courier services will take place using Registered Post through other Postal Services.
- We provide free shipping on all your orders if ordered and paid through online payment medium like debit or credit card or Internet banking etc. Otherwise, you would require to pay Rs. 40/- for cash on delivery orders.
- Adiveda Natural is not responsible for damage after the delivery.
- In case you receive any missing or damaged product, contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the delivery made.
- To ensure faster delivery of your order, please provide complete address details along with phone numbers, and make sure that your phone number is correct and reachable.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- Our services are applicable only within India.
